My name is Kevin Alvord, a mortgage loan originator based out of Portland, OR / Vancouver, WA. I’m extremely excited to work with you in obtaining a loan for your new home. Partnering with me has its advantages – I have a deep knowledge of the lending industry, I’m an honest guy, I’m transparent and I will guide you through the home loan process from start to finish.

First and foremost, my customer service begins in our opening conversation. I’ve been in this industry long enough to have seen people will all sorts of financial scenarios – I have many clients with lots of money and many clients with very little money…and every client in between. I’m happy to work with everyone.
I consider myself the exact opposite of a stuffy bank where you are just a number– I view each of my clients individually, I like to get to know my clients on a personal level and I really strive to find you a home loan that best meets your financial needs.
