My Process
First and foremost, my customer service begins in our opening conversation. I’ve been in this industry long enough to have seen people will all sorts of financial scenarios – I have many clients with lots of money and many clients with very little money…and every client in between. I’m happy to work with everybody. Many clients come to me to begin the pre-approval process in which I collect some basic financial documents from you, run your numbers and then I will quickly zone in on the loan type that will make the most sense for you and then guide you through the process from start to finish.
It is my observation that many loan officers drop the ball in communicating with their clients. I will not do this. I’m very transparent, it’s very important to me that I keep you abreast of the loan process all the way through and, of course, I want to keep in touch with you and earn your business for a future loan that you or any of your friends or family may need. I am not a flash in the pan loan officer who may be working another career in 2 years…this is my career and I plan on being your broker for any of your future home loan needs.
Secondly, when clients come to me to begin the loan process one of the first questions that I ask them is if they are working with a realtor to help them find a home. Realtors play a big part in the home purchase process and having a good realtor is very important.
I work with some of the best realtors in the Portland / Vancouver area…and I even have excellent realtor contacts all over Oregon / Washington whether it be Seattle or Tacoma (in WA) or Salem or Bend (in OR). As your loan officer I’d be very happy to align you with one of my realtor contacts who will provide you with impeccable service for your home purchase.
Finally, as your loan officer I am privy to your personal financial situation. I take my access to this information very seriously. Whereas it is not my obligation to provide any financial services to you I have excellent contacts who work as financial advisors with some of America’s best companies. You may be interested in these services or not.
